Life is energy and chakras are all about energy. These chakra are main energy center of universal energy. This life force circulate through us and brings different experience of life. There are total seven chakras namely crown, third eye, throat, heart, solar plexus, sacral and root chakra. Each of chakras represent distinct frequencies. Energy flows through the lower chakras to upper chakras. Upper chakras are crown, third eye and throat chakra and lower chakras are solar plexus, sacral and root chakra. Heart chakra is known as central chakra. The chakras are spinning vortexes of subtle energy located along the spine from the base to crown.
